Delete Rider Recall Account
This page is the public account deletion request link for Rider Recall.
If you created a Rider Recall account, you can request deletion of your account and associated app data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@riderrecall.com from the email address used for your Rider Recall account.
- Use the subject line: Rider Recall Account Deletion Request.
- Include your Rider Recall handle and display name.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.
Data normally deleted
- Account record and login credentials.
- Rider profile and bike profile information.
- Active presence records and saved map visibility status.
- Friend relationships and friend requests.
- Uploaded profile/bike/post images where reasonably available.
- Posts, user-created ride calls, user-created events, road alerts, and chat/DM content tied to the account where deletion is technically and legally available.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, financial records, subscription/payment records, backups, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.
Expected timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
