- Include your device model, Android version, app version, account email, and screenshots when possible.
- For abuse, safety, or impersonation reports, include the rider handle, screenshots, date/time, and what happened.
Common fixes
- Location/map issues: confirm Location permission is allowed and Precise location is selected if you want accurate map presence.
- Notifications: confirm notifications are enabled in Android settings.
- QR scan: confirm camera permission is enabled and the QR code is well lit.
- Subscription/event hosting: confirm you are signed into the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription.

Use Delete account to request deletion of your Rider Recall account and associated data.
